We're delighted to present our chef's special dish, Crab Steamed Rice with Crab Curry and Pickled Papaya. We use every part of the blue crab to make a rich stock, which is then steamed with rice, crab meat, crab roe and fresh coconut milk. This dish is paired with a Crab Curry, from all parts of the blue crab meat, simmered in freshly made curry paste and coconut milk that we squeeze coconut meat with coconut water.
